The Mash House is excited to announce that on Friday, July 19th, we will be hosting the launch of Fresh Take Records’ new vinyl compilation “Over Cooked! This night promises to be a spectacular celebration of house and nu-disco, brought to you by the finest talents in the scene.

We’re thrilled to have Glasgow’s Macka & Lowree headlining, marking their first release on vinyl with their track “Take Control.” Joining them are London’s Neidex, Footloose & Paul Rudder from Spain, and Liam Doc from Bathgate. With their past releases receiving high praise and major support from BBC Radio One’s Pete Tong, Sarah Story, and The Blessed Madonna, this night is not to be missed.

Known for their deep connection to the Scottish club scene, Macka & Lowree have held residencies at iconic venues like La Cheetah Club, Sub Club, Sneaky Pete’s, and Cabaret Voltaire. Their sets have been featured on BBC Radio One, and they’ve performed at top festivals like Fly Open Air, Riverside, Terminal V, Gottwood Festival, and Cultivate, as well as in Berlin and across the UK. Their music captures the vibrant energy and soulful beats of ’90s house and disco, bringing an infectious enthusiasm to every performance.
