Lezure are turning one, so seems right to throw a suitably grand party. This time last year they welcomed Marquis Hawkes of Dixon Avenue Basement Jams down to The Mash House and exactly a year later they’re inviting one of Dixon Avenue’s new school (and good pal), Big Miz.
2015 was the breakthrough year for the producer with DABJ 16 – Midnight Man Handle tearing through dance floors in the last quarter of 2015, chances are you’re already familiar with the anthemic Chicago-styled A1, Good Thing and equally potent A2, Electrolites. The rest of the record is a ripper too, and we don’t really need to go into further detail about his DJ and production skills, we’ll leave that to be proven on the night.
On the warmup will be a special b2b set from Lezure’s own Calum Sloan and Lee Marvin of Main Ingredient, a killer selector who’s become a very close friend over the last year. Declan and Leon will be holding down the bar as is tradition.
